Role Description

The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist (Freelance, Commission-Based) will lead Fahrnex's online growth, with two core objectives: driving Premium subscriptions (primary) and growing app downloads (secondary — building our funnel and long-term user base). This is a remote-friendly, outcome-based freelance role — you manage your own schedule and ways of working, and are measured on results rather than hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing SEO strategy across the website and app store listings
• Optimizing website and app-store content for search and discovery
• Analyzing traffic, download, and conversion data to refine campaigns
• Creating and managing social media initiatives
• Coordinating with product and design on messaging
• Identifying new channels for reaching drivers, garages, and fleet customers
• Reporting on key performance metrics across both goals
• Testing new growth tactics and ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and GDPR requirements

Compensation

This role is paid 25% of the first year's subscription value for every Premium customer you bring in, tracked via your own referral code and paid out monthly as customers pay. App downloads are tracked as a core growth metric for the role but aren't separately compensated — the focus of your effort should ultimately convert into Premium signups. Strong, consistent performance can grow into a longer-term arrangement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running performance-focused campaigns
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and channel optimization
• Ability to work with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar) to monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI
• App Store Optimization (ASO) experience a plus, given the dual focus on downloads and signups
• Strong communication skills for clear, consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page, technical, and off-page) and keyword research for web and app content
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, freelance setup with a focus on measurable outcomes and growth targets
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience in mobility, automotive, or SaaS products is beneficial, along with familiarity with GDPR-compliant marketing practices
