Scope Of Service
Fahrnex provides SaaS tools for vehicle records, maintenance reminders, expenses, documents, service logs, telemetry workflows, support tickets, billing, and account administration. Features may differ between Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
Plans, Billing, And Invoices
Basic may be offered without a recurring subscription fee. Premium and Enterprise features may require paid subscriptions, manual Enterprise agreements, or Stripe checkout flows. Invoice and payment records may be retained for statutory commercial and tax obligations.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, vehicle, reminder, and document information, keeping credentials confidential, and using the service only for lawful business or private vehicle management purposes.
Support
Support tickets are handled inside the app and through support@fahrnex.de. Premium and Enterprise plans may receive priority or dedicated support depending on the selected plan and commercial agreement.
Availability And Service Operation
The service depends on professional hosting, storage, email delivery, payment, DNS, and optional integration providers. Maintenance, provider incidents, network events, resource limits, or external integrations may affect availability.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Users should not upload illegal content or unnecessary sensitive data. Vehicle documents may contain personal data, so access should be limited to authorized users.
